We are adding a Growth Marketing Manager to our Marketing Team! Our Marketing Team is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through direct marketing efforts for our 3 brands: PPC Hero, Hero Conf, and Hanapin Marketing. In this role, your primary focus will be to generate new ideas to drive growth for our well-established brands, execute integrated marketing campaigns, and analyze user behavior and test results. We will measure your success by the number of subscribers to our email lists, monthly blog readers, and the number of paid registrations.

 

As a top performer in this role, you are creatively analytical and have a record of successfully scaling business-to-business blogs, conferences, and lead lists. You have had a variety of marketing experience including paid and non-paid campaign creation, writing conversion rate increasing copy for websites, emails, and ads, as well as video creation, editing, and distribution.

We want you to be a part of helping us achieve our goals of doubling the number of subscribers to our email lists, growing our conference by 400 attendees, and increasing the number of monthly blog readers by tens of thousands.

 

This is what we're looking for in you, our future Growth Marketing Manager:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience executing successful integrated marketing campaigns in areas of SEO, paid search, paid social, and email
  • Intermediate level experience with Google Analytics and some previous experience with Pardot and Salesforce or similar platform
  • Intermediate expertise in A/B testing landing pages and lead collection methods
  • Naturally curious, data driven, and analytical with a proven ability to think strategically, identify issues, and spot opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights to all levels of an organization
  • Excels at cross-team collaboration, creative thinking, and project management from ideation to completion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps
  • Demonstrated alignment to our company values of Reliability, Integrity, Creativity, Hana-thusiasm, and Resourcefulness
  • Four-year degree in any field
  • Preference for candidates already living near or willing to relocate to Bloomington, Indiana; however, fully remote candidates who are willing and able to travel per our required travel guidelines will also be considered
